Here's my recipe for granola:
3 cups whole oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup olive or canola oil
couple handfuls of cashews
Mix in a bowl and spread out on a cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Throw in some dried fruit and peanut M&M's and you're good to go!
